From Innsbruck Main Station:
Take IVB bus line 590a or 590b from Innsbruck Main Station to Neustift im Stubaital Neder station (approx. 40 min).

From Neustift im Stubaital Neder station, walk up the valley along the main road over a bridge. 50 m after this bridge, you’ll find Ladestatthof on the right side of the valley in the meadows. Feel free to call us and we’ll pick you up with your luggage from the bus stop.

Ladestatthof is easily accessible by public transport: From Innsbruck Airport, take bus line F to the main train station, then lines 590a or 590b into the Stubai Valley to the Neustift im Stubaital Neder stop. From there, it’s just a few minutes’ walk through the meadows to Ladestatthof. We are happy to pick you up at the bus stop with your luggage if needed. For arrival and departure from Innsbruck, guests also receive a free ticket voucher from the Stubai Tirol Tourist Board.

Yes, we have ski storage for your equipment, along with a ski boot dryer.
If you let us know before you arrive, your four-legged friend is welcome to come along. Dogs stay with us for €25 per night (excluding food).
The apartments or rooms will be ready for you to move in from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate them by 10:00 am.
The booking becomes binding only upon payment of the deposit and receipt of the booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
▪ For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total booking price.
▪ For cancellations from 30 days to 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total booking price.
▪ Within 7 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total booking price.
▪ In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% apply to the booked days not used.

The local tax is €4.80 per person / day for those aged 15 and over.
The final cleaning fee per stay is a one-off €70 for the Almrose apartment, or a one-off €90 for the Blütenzauber, Kleeblatt and Silberdistel apartments.
When booking an apartment, the breakfast buffet can be added for a daily surcharge of €21 (adult) and €10 (child).
You can sign up daily until 6:00 PM.
Children in parents’ room: Up to 2 years free, up to 10 years – 40% off the price, up to 14 years – 20% off the price.
The breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Breakfast baskets for apartments can be picked up from 7:00 AM.
The wellness area is open daily from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
